Each Monday I will post my menu for the upcoming week. Hopefully, this will give people ideas of what I am serving my family, and how I am shopping.  And it will force me to make a weekly menu! If you would like to know any of the recipes, leave a comment and I will go and post it, or link to it.

This week is an “eat from the freezer and pantry” week!

Breakfast:

  • Cereal & Milk
  • Cottage Cheese, frozen fruit, and chopped nuts

Lunches:

  • Leftovers
  • Some frozen entrees (picked up at Target last week in a gift card deal)

Dinners:

  • Homemade calzones (modified recipe from Cheap. Fast. Good. my SIL lent me. Excellent cookbook – review coming!)
  • Brats w/ homemade sweet potato chips
  • Oven-Baked Crispy Chicken with steamed vegetables
  • Omelets w/ bacon
  • Onion Hamburgers w/ a pasta salad

Snacks

  • String cheese
  • Yogurt
  • Fruit cups
  • Frozen fruit
  • Popcorn

Drinks

  • Water
  • Milk – kids get whole, DH & I have skim
  • Iced Tea (DH can’t live without it!)
