As I wrote here, although they are much better for you, buying organic and natural products can be more expensive than their conventional counterparts.  You can save money on these items by:

  • Prioritizing your Organic Budget
  • Learn the average prices of your favorite items, so you know when a sale price is real.  This just takes time & experience.
  • Collect coupons for organic and natural products.

Printable Coupons on the Internet

Occasionally you will find coupons for organic/natural products on the mainstream coupon sites, such as SmartSource, Redplum, etc.  When they do appear there, they are often only there for a limited time.

Then there are websites that are ONLY for these types of products:

PLUS the following Manufacturer websites often have coupons available to print:

These can be paired with Store coupons, when offered, for even greater savings!

Also, visit the website and Facebook page for all of your favorite products.  Often there are specials or promotions with coupons available to print, or to request them be emailed/snail-mailed to you.

Paper Coupons

Whole Foods Market, Earth Fare, Winn Dixie, and other stores, have internal publications available that have Organic/Natural Store coupons available also. If I am aware of them, I include those in the Shopping Guides I have available.

Request a quarterly newsletter to be snail-mailed to you by Mambo Sprouts. It is full of coupons that can be paired with Store coupons.

Your Sunday newspaper will also occasionally carry coupons for these products. I try highlight these in my weekly coupon round-up.

Other Resources

Organic Grocery Deals – an online community with forums where you can discuss coupon sources, deals, or even ideas for green living. Also has a Coupon Database that will help you with Ad Match-Ups.

Blogs: Subscribe to blogs that specialize in Organic & Natural living, saving, and ideas.  These blogs will post coupons or deals or (in my case) weekly grocery ads that feature organic products, as soon as they happen. Be the first to know! Some to include are:
