Give you an idea of how I’m using what I buy weekly…

Breakfasts: Cereal (have quite a bit stockpiled) or smoothie.

Lunches: Turkey, Cheese & Lettuce Sandwiches/Wraps w/ Hummus.  Fresh fruit, nuts and cheese on the side.

Snacks: Air-popped popcorn, Fresh fruit, cheese

Dinners: These are the big ones. 🙂

  • Sunday – at In-laws
  • Monday – Last minute dinner invite to a friends’ house. Had planned burgers. Now they’re tabled for next week.
  • Tuesday – Pancakes & Eggs
  • Wednesday – a pasta dish. Haven’t decided exactly what yet.
  • Thursday – Pork Chop slow-cooker meal w/ salad. I’ll post a link to the recipe if anyone wants it.
  • Friday – Grilled chicken w/ steamed vegetables and rice.
  • Saturday – We are invited to a friends for dinner. We offered to bring Pumpkin Pie, which I’m going to attempt to make for the very first time!

#1 usually eats whatever we are eating, just in smaller amounts.  #2 is just starting rice cereal, so that and formula are her meals at the moment.
